Ruaidhri Tierney :: Bio

Ruaidhri has worked with horses since the age of 10. He has ridden out for many yards including Edward O Grady, Robert Tyner, John Murphy, and Tom Hogan. He was a successful amateur jockey for 6 years, based for 4 of those years in Tom Hogan's yard. He picked up invaluable experience during this time. He was a jockey's agent for 2 years and had his own yard in Nenagh during this time where he broke and pre-trained horses.

Ruaidhri also spent time in America and learnt a great deal of how things were done in other countries. Now Ruaidhri is running his own facility harnessing what he has learned in his training and experiences.
